Mr. Francis Pounder
Founder/ Managing Director
For over 40 years, Mr. Francis Pounder has led a formidable career as an insurance practitioner.
In 1971, he founded one of the largest insurance brokerage firms in the Caribbean before moving on to his most notable (and most current) role as the Founder and Managing Director of Equity Insurance Co. Ltd.
Mr Pounder’s lifelong purpose is to build, and continue to lead, a team of similarly dedicated professionals whose commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled.
Denis Cadogan
Executive Director
An enthusiastic and knowledgeable practitioner, Mr Cadogan has a career spanning over 40 years in the General Insurance industry.
His wealth of experience lies within underwriting and claims settlement.
Ms. Karis Pounder
Director/Claims Manager
Ms Pounder has over 25 years in the General Insurance industry with a unique focus on underwriting and managing the claims department.
In recent years, her role has also been extended into finance.
Mark Foster
General Manager
Mr Mark Foster is a Chartered Insurer with the Insurance Institute of Canada and has worked in the insurance industry for 26 years.
Prior to joining Equity Insurance Co. Ltd in 2010, Mr Foster held senior management positions with both a general insurance company and an insurance brokerage.
