Here are some helpful tips to guide you in the event of a motor accident:
- If someone is injured, immediately contact the emergency services at 211 (Police) or 511 (Ambulance)
- Keep your insurance documents to hand for both the police and our Road Response Team
- Gather all the information of persons involved in the accident (e.g the other driver(s) including their name, address, phone number, license plate number and insurance information
- Carefully note the names and contact details of any witnesses
